Shipping Policy
We ship using Royal Mail. If you would like your book to be sent First Class Signed For, please contact us and let us know so we can work this out for you.
March Hamilton ships books in fully recyclable jiffy envelopes and we are constantly looking for environmentally friendly options for shipping. Sign up to our mailing list to find out more on this issue, and to be the first to know about any changes!
We do not take responsibility for books lost in transit. If your parcel is lost by royal mail please contact us so that we can file a claim on your behalf and issue you with a refund.
Please note: Shipping times are calculated from dispatch not from the date an order is placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you aren't satisfied with the condition of your book when it arrives, email with a photo within 14 days of purchase so we can arrange its return. Please note: we will only return books that have been damaged in transit once they have been sent back to us.
